Unleashing the Power of AI: 1-Month with ChatGPT

I've been using ChatGPT for a month now and the results are beyond impressive. Being someone who doesn't have coding knowledge, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily I was able to get started with ChatGPT. With time, I have learned to prompt ChatGPT to create various things, and I have to say, I am blown away!

Keep in mind, I have no experience with any coding languages, or outside programs. This is really my first chance to interact and create with such an intelligence, and it is exciting!!

If you're unfamiliar with ChatGPT, it relies on "prompts". This is how you ask the question. The easiest way to explain this is:

He are just a few of my basic examples of the amazing potential of artificial intelligence like OpenAI ChatGPT:

💪 Bodybuilding/Ultra Running Fitness Plan 💪

First, I asked ChatGPT to create a workout plan - the "Ultra Runner Body Building Plan" The plan was detailed, including every day of the week, miles to run, cross-training exercises, heart rate zones, and weight training. The plan was designed to help me build muscle while maintaining my cardio fitness level. Here was my prompt:

“I'm a 29 year old Male. 155lbs. I run everyday and have high cardio endurance. My goal is to be the best ultra runner. I also would like to gain upper body muscle mass without sacrificing my cardio. Please act as a personal trainer and put together a weekly plan that involves:

Heart rate zones 1-5 (1 being the easiest and recovery to 5 being the hardest workout and highest BPM achievable), also the plan should include how many miles to run and what other workouts to do. Please include cross training that involves rowing, stationary cycle, and swimming. Also include weight resistance training and what workouts to do each day including the amount of sets and reps.”

Next, I asked ChatGPT to create a diet plan that aligned with my workout goals. And, to make things even easier, I asked ChatGPT to create a grocery list with all the ingredients I needed to follow the diet plan.

Here is a sample diet plan that includes the proper amount of carbs, protein, and fats for a 155lb male:

Meal 1:

• 3 whole eggs

• 2 slices of whole-grain toast

• 1 small avocado

• 1 cup of berries

Meal 2:

• Turkey or chicken breast sandwich

• Whole-grain bread

• Lettuce and tomato

• 1 small fruit

Meal 3:

• Grilled fish or lean meat

• 1 cup of brown rice or quinoa

• Steamed vegetables

Meal 4:

• Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

• 1/2 cup of berries

• 1/4 cup of granola

Meal 5:

• Grilled chicken breast

• 1 cup of sweet potato

• Steamed vegetables

Snack:

• Rice cakes with peanut butter

• 1 small apple

Your daily macronutrient intake would be:

• Carbohydrates: 40-50% of your total daily calorie intake

• Protein: 30-35% of your total daily calorie intake

• Fats: 20-25% of your total daily calorie intake

From here you could ask for recipes that use the ingredients necessary for your diet! The beautiful thing about ChatGPT is that is will hold in "memory" the past inputs up to a certain limit, making building off the previous prompt quite simple!

Amazing how easy it is to create with this tool. From the basics of planning your diet & exercise plan, to using it for finding coding errors, or making your business more profitable, it really is applicable to so many facets of human life.

I decided to write a birthday rap for my son's upcoming 2nd birthday. I was amazed at how easily ChatGPT helped me create a fun and memorable rap for my son. The rap includes 2 versus, a chorus, bridge, outro, and an "Eminem style"!

Although Eminem may not be the correct artist to choose to create anything for a 2 year old, it is amazing how ChatGPT can at least try to embody a certain artistic form. This shows the, "human-likeness factor" (just made up now) to be very high!

🤖 Year 2070 - Being Human 👽

I have been collecting notes for my Sci-fi novel, "Being Human," but never found the time to sit down and write it.

With ChatGPT, I uploaded my notes and a few simple prompts, and the AI engine created a summary of my novel! From here, I could dive deeper into each chapter and write the entire book! Although, I figured it's best to take the summary and run and focus my time elsewhere.

Finally, I have used ChatGPT to create, edit, and write content, including articles, emails, and social media interactions. The outputs have been amazing and have saved me time and effort in content creation. In my opinion, the importance now relies on the ability to create good prompts, edit the output, as well as have the proper background knowledge to fact-check the output if within an area of expertise.

A final thought: Professionalism will be easy to fake with such technology, and vetting processes will have to improve over time in almost every facet of life in order to identify those that truly understand the details behind the output.
